WAREHOUSING + INSTALLATION

We are seeking a Project Manager, Warehouse & Install to join our Nashville office. This hybrid role is responsible for managing third-party warehouse partnerships, installation schedules, and project financial performance. The Project Manager plays a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with contractual obligations. You will collaborate closely with Project Coordinators, Directors, Procurement, Logistics, and Field Operations teams to support successful project execution and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Install Management
•Partner with assigned Project Coordinator and Directors throughout the warehousing and installation project lifecycle
•Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within contracted budget requirements
•Monitor installation progress and proactively identify risks or delays
•Prepare for and lead Daily Install Calls when installation is a contracted service
•Track construction or renovation progress to accurately schedule FF&E installation start dates
•Provide Running Job Schedule updates to leadership
Warehousing & Logistics Coordination
•Manage third-party warehouse contracts and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
•Coordinate delivery schedules with warehouses, field crews, clients, and vendors
•Confirm daily delivery schedules and communicate changes or risks
•Create Delivery Tickets as needed
•Approve warehouse invoices
Financial & Administrative Oversight
•Manage project financials, including timely billing and P&L accountability
•Maintain Change Order and Issues Logs
•Identify scope changes and support Change Order development
•Monitor installation manpower needs and escalate discrepancies
Reporting & Communication
•Send weekly client-facing reports summarizing project status and open issues
•Maintain Damages/Issues Log and communicate resolutions with supporting documentation
•Oversee project closeout documentation, including:
•Final P&L
•Letter of Satisfaction
•Warehouse Closeout Paperwork
Recycling & Special Projects
•Coordinate recycling schedules with vendors and clients
•Partner with Logistics and Operations teams for recycling and removal activities
Leadership & Collaboration
•Participate in training and mentorship of Project Coordinators and team members
•Collaborate with Project Managers and Directors to improve processes and workflows
•Support company culture through integrity, transparency, and professionalism
Qualifications
Required Experience
•5+ years of progressive experience in project management, hospitality, warehousing, or installation
•3+ years of Third Party Logistics (3PL) experience
•Strong understanding of warehousing and installation workflows
Education
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field
•Equivalent work experience may be considered
Preferred
•Hospitality industry experience
•Experience with Salesforce or similar project management systems
